here my steady eyes are

here my steady eyes are
standing in the middle of the road
still and waiting, anticipating
themselves to unfold
where light, leaves, bark, and geese
are kept safe within my head
still and waiting, anticipating
themselves to unfold
and every piece of the blue air
way up in the bright sky
still and waiting anticipating
itself to unfold
will fall upon the future thier
standing at the end of the road
still and waiting, anticipating
itself to unfold

June
like a thunderstorm at noon
a light, a leaf, a glow beneath
will make you want some
of whatever it's got itself from
a fear, a fear, a worry, a fear
well I've got some
and when you add it up
I've got nothing
and year after year after year after year
well when you add it up
that's something to do

the ground and sky
met on the horizon
both were wondering
what they were doing
then they leaned in
we could see them kiss
where we go
thats what we're gonna miss
so do you want to quit

I-39 love song

people are trucking like abuse to the interstate, but still they're trucking like the interstates were brand new, and the people in thier cars are looking like they're bored to death, but death by boredom has killed anyone I know yet. Fritos for bread, and Arizona Tea for wine, the highways are holy all the time. When I drive for awhile oh my legs get stiff, so just think how stiff the roads must get, and when I drive for awhile I forget how long I've been driving, so just think how timeless the roads must get. Fritos for bread, and Arizona Tea for wine, the highways are holy all the time.
